Use the official launcher or Lunar Client. Players do not need Fabric or the server's mods.

Choose Multiplayer → Add Server, then paste xpsmp.playit.plus.

Accept the recommended Excalibur pack for the medieval style, or continue with vanilla textures.

CAN I JOIN WITHOUT MODS?+
Yes. A standard Minecraft Java 26.3 client can connect. The gameplay additions on this page run on the server.
ARE THESE REAL FEATURE IMAGES?+
Yes. The screenshots and animations shown here come from the official pages or installed files for projects running on XPSMP. Lighting can vary with each player's visual setup.
WHERE DO NEW STRUCTURES APPEAR?+
In chunks generated after the additions were installed. Previously explored chunks are left unchanged.
DO I NEED LUNAR OR THE SHADER?+
No. Lunar Client, Complementary Reimagined, Excalibur, and Distant Horizons are optional client-side visual upgrades.
WHY COULD THE SERVER OR MAP BE OFFLINE?+
Both are hosted from the owner's PC. The public Playit addresses work while their local services are running and the computer is online.
